This Rental Agreement Policy summarizes the key terms that govern all vehicle rentals with Terra Drive Safari. A full rental agreement will be provided and signed at the time of vehicle collection. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions.

Vehicle Condition: All vehicles are provided in clean, roadworthy condition. A joint inspection will be conducted at pickup and return. Any pre-existing damage will be documented and signed off by both parties.

Prohibited Activities: The renter must not: drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs; carry more passengers than the vehicle’s stated capacity; use the vehicle for racing, towing, or any illegal activity; allow any unauthorized person to drive the vehicle.

Return of Vehicle: The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location by the agreed date and time. Late returns will be charged at the applicable daily rate. Failure to return the vehicle without prior notice may be treated as theft and reported to the relevant authorities.

Loss or Theft: In the event of vehicle theft, the renter must immediately report the incident to the nearest police station and provide Terra Drive Safari with an official police report. The renter’s liability will be determined in accordance with the insurance policy terms.

Force Majeure: Terra Drive Safari shall not be liable for any failure to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.
