Everything You Need to Know
Before You Rent

You will need a valid driver's license (held for at least two years), a national ID or passport, and a credit or debit card for the security deposit. International visitors are advised to carry an International Driving Permit alongside their home country license.

Our standard rental rates include comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage within Rwanda, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Additional coverage options are available for extra peace of mind.

The minimum rental age is [e.g., 23] years old. Drivers under [e.g., 25] may be subject to a young driver surcharge.

Cross-border travel may be arranged with advance notice and is subject to additional documentation and fees. Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to travel outside Rwanda.

All rentals include 24/7 roadside assistance. In the event of a breakdown, call our support line immediately and we will arrange assistance or a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.

Yes. We offer the option of a professional, experienced local driver for all vehicle categories. This is especially recommended for visitors unfamiliar with Rwandan roads.
